How to apply

The Prisma application system

To submit an application to Formas you must first create a personal account in our Prisma application system. There you enter the information about your education, career experience and publications that is required for you to apply for funding.

You can then link the information to different applications. It is possible to continuously update your application until the final date of application. Everyone participating in an application must create a personal account. 

Prisma is coupled to the SWAMID login system, which means that you can use the same login details in Prisma as you use at your workplace, provided that your employer is connected to SWAMID. If you are uncertain if your employer is connected to SWAMID, select the option to create a personal account using SWAMID and search for your employer or ask your IT-support.

For organisations

Organisations that are administrators of grant funding (grant administrator) must have an organisation account in Prisma. There may be several users with different access rights within an organisation. In Prisma the grant administrator has an overview of the active applications and pending actions.
