Accounts in Prisma for your applications

To apply for a grant, you need to use our application system Prisma. In Prisma, you need to create an account where you will add the information needed for your application. Organisations applying for funding must also have an account.

Personal accounts for applicants

The information you add to your account in Prisma can be linked to different applications. Keep in mind that if your application concerns research, all participating researchers need a personal account in Prisma.

Is your employer connected to SWAMID?

Prisma is connected to the login system SWAMID. This means that you can use the same Prisma login credentials as you use at your workplace if your employer is connected to SWAMID. If you do not know whether your employer is connected to SWAMID, you can create a personal account in Prisma with SWAMID and search for your employer. You can also ask your IT support.

Accounts for organisations

Organisations seeking or receiving funding for different projects need to have an organisation account in Prisma. This account gives you an overview of your current applications.

Your organisation’s account can have multiple users, and these users can have different permissions. Read more about how to do this in Prisma’s online help External link..
