Reporting of granted projects
The person who has received funding to carry out the project (grant recipient/project leader) must submit to Formas a final report comprising both the results of the project and the expenditure on this.
The final report is to comprise the following: final accounts, scientific abstract in English, and popular scientific summary in Swedish.
The scientific report will be used as the basis for publication in the project catalogue and journals of Formas. The scientific report must not contain photographs or figures.
If the funds granted do not exceed SEK 25,000 or if the grant has been given to finance a journey to a conference, only a financial account is required.
Final accounts
In the final accounts, the expenditure of the grant recipient for projects funded by Formas is to be set out. The accuracy of the data is to be verified by the signature of the appropriate authorised signatory and the project leader.
The final accounts must comprise all expenditure for the part of the project funded by Formas. The items of expenditure are to be given exclusive of VAT if the grant recipient has the right to offset VAT incurred in the project. Otherwise the items are to be given inclusive of VAT incurred.
