French-Swedish call for rewarding research within biodiversity and human health

2010 THEMATIC AREA: BIODIVERSITY AND HUMAN HEALTH

The Embassy of France in Sweden and the French-Swedish Association for Research are launching with the support of L'Oréal Sverige AB an open call for the second edition of a national prize, with the aim to reward the scientific contributions from young researchers (PhD students or postdoctoral fellows) in the above mentioned areas.

Placed under the high patronage of Collège de France, the prize covers fundamental and applied research. Its main goal is to promote and encourage excellence in research and scientific vocations. This second edition is supported by L'Oréal Sverige AB and Veolia Vatten AB.

Three prizes will be given. They include a reward from 5 000 to 30 000 SEK and a scholarship in a French laboratory.
