Evaluation Panels for strategic calls
Applications that arrive to Formas within targeted/strategic calls will be assessed by an evaluation panel which is specific for that call. The most common procedure is that all members of the panel read and assess all applications submitted to the call. Each application has a rapporteur who prepares a statement of opinion. The panel discusses all applications at the committee meeting and prioritise them. The decision is made by Formas' Scientific Council.
